1. About LuxePassport

LuxePassport is a curated box built around a single destination city, operated from the United Kingdom. These terms govern your use of our website and your purchase of a founding box.

2. The founding box & payment

Issue Nº 01 (Tokyo) is offered as a one-time founding box for £65, payable once at checkout. This is not a subscription: there is no recurring charge, nothing to cancel, and no automatic renewal. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Later issues may be offered separately at a higher price; any ongoing subscription would be entirely optional and agreed by you separately.

3. Your right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days. As Issue Nº 01 is dispatched in August 2026, you may cancel any time before dispatch for a full refund — just email us. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

4. Shipping

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only, with free tracked delivery. Issue Nº 01 is dispatched in the first week of August 2026, with estimated delivery of 2–5 working days from dispatch. LuxePassport is not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or other carriers.

5. Box contents

The box contains six curated items representing the featured city, plus a printed passport booklet and a collectible stamp. Specific contents may vary and are not guaranteed; product images are illustrative. We reserve the right to substitute an item of equal or greater value if a product becomes unavailable.

6. Damaged or missing items

If an item arrives damaged, or your box has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, contact us at info@luxepassport.co.uk within 14 days. We'll arrange a replacement or refund (see our Refund Policy).

7. Intellectual property

All content on the LuxePassport website and within the printed booklet — text, photography, and design — is the property of LuxePassport and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Nothing here affects your statutory consumer rights.
