1. About LuxePassport

LuxePassport is a subscription box service operated from the United Kingdom. Each month, subscribers receive a curated box of items from a single destination city. These terms govern your use of our website and your subscription.

2. Subscription & Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly on a recurring basis. Founding members are charged £65 per month; this rate is locked in for the lifetime of their subscription. Standard memberships are charged at £85 per month. Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled. You will receive a reminder before each renewal. By subscribing, you authorise LuxePassport to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time with no penalty and no cancellation fee. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. To cancel, email us at info@luxepassport.co.uk or use the customer portal link in your billing confirmation email.

If you cancel mid-cycle, you will continue to receive your box for the remainder of that billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days in a billing period.

4. Shipping

All UK orders include free tracked shipping. We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only. Orders are dispatched in the first week of each month. Estimated delivery is 2–5 working days from dispatch. LuxePassport is not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or other third-party carriers.

5. Box Contents

Each box contains 7–8 curated items representing the featured destination. Specific contents may vary and are not guaranteed. Product images shown are illustrative. LuxePassport reserves the right to substitute items of equal or greater value if a product becomes unavailable.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

If any item arrives damaged or your box does not arrive within 10 working days of the dispatch date, please contact us at info@luxepassport.co.uk within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will arrange a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the LuxePassport website and within the printed essays — including text, photography, and design — is the property of LuxePassport and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
