2. What Data We Collect
We collect the following personal data when you subscribe or join our waitlist: your name, email address, delivery address, and payment information. Payment data is processed and stored securely by Stripe — we do not store your card details directly.
We may also collect basic analytics data (pages visited, referral source) to understand how people find us. This data is anonymised and not linked to your identity.
3. How We Use Your Data
We use your data to fulfil your subscription, process payments, send your box each month, and communicate with you about your membership. We will only send marketing emails if you have opted in to receive them, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not share your data with advertisers.
4. Third-Party Services
We use Stripe for payment processing and Kit (formerly ConvertKit) for email communications. Both are GDPR-compliant. Your email address is stored in Kit solely for the purpose of sending you LuxePassport communications. Your payment data is handled by Stripe under their own privacy policy.
5. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your subscription is active and for up to 7 years after cancellation, as required for legal and accounting purposes. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing info@luxepassport.co.uk.

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data; to object to or restrict how we process it; and to request a copy of your data in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, email info@luxepassport.co.uk. We will respond within 30 days.

Our waitlist page uses no tracking cookies. If you visit our main website (luxepassport.co.uk), standard analytics cookies may be set. You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time.
