LuxePassport is operated from the United Kingdom. We are committed to protecting your personal data and complying with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. For any privacy question, contact us at info@luxepassport.co.uk.

2. What we collect

If you join our list, we collect your email address and your consent to be contacted. If you buy a founding box, we also collect your name, delivery address, and the contact details needed to fulfil and post your order. Payments are processed by Stripe — we never see or store your full card details.

We may collect basic, aggregated analytics (such as pages viewed and referral source) to understand how people find us. This is not used to identify you.

3. How we use your data

We use your data to fulfil and deliver your founding box, process your payment, and send order and shipping updates. We send marketing or launch emails only where you have opted in, and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers.

4. Third-party services

We rely on a small number of providers, each acting under its own privacy terms: Stripe (payment processing), Kit (email list and communications), and Vercel (website hosting). Your email is stored in Kit solely to send you LuxePassport communications.

5. Data retention

We keep your data only as long as needed to provide our service and to meet legal and accounting obligations (generally up to six years for transaction records). You can ask us to delete your data at any time by emailing info@luxepassport.co.uk.

6. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data; to object to or restrict our processing; and to receive a copy of your data in a portable format. To exercise any of these, email us and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

We use minimal cookies and ask for your consent to any that aren't strictly necessary, via the banner shown on your first visit. Full details are in our Cookie Policy.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date above shows the latest version, and we'll flag material changes where appropriate.
